Social Post Generator is an AI-powered social media content generation platform designed to help small businesses create engaging social media posts, captions, and visual content.

2. Description of Service

Social Post Generator provides:

• AI-generated social media posts and captions
• Automated visual content creation
• Saved brand voice settings and customization
• Multi-platform draft formatting
• Content calendar with email reminders. Social Post Generator does not publish to your social accounts.

3. Account Registration

To use Social Post Generator, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Free Tier

What's Included: New users can generate 3 days of Instagram content for free, once per account, to evaluate the service before subscribing.

No Payment Information: No credit card or payment method is required to use the free tier, and you will never be charged automatically.

Upgrading: To generate 4 weeks (28 days) of content across additional platforms, you can subscribe to a paid plan at any time. Paid subscriptions only begin when you explicitly complete checkout.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans: We offer three monthly subscription tiers: Starter ($39/month), Growth ($79/month), and Business ($129/month). Each tier provides access to different social media platforms. See our Pricing page for current rates and included features.

Billing: New subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Price Changes:We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price changes take effect.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription if you're not satisfied with the Service.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Social Post Generator to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Create spam or misleading content
• Violate any intellectual property rights of third parties
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware or engage in any harmful activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you input into Social Post Generator (business information, brand assets, etc.). Content generated by Social Post Generator based on your inputs is licensed to you for your business use.

Our Service:Social Post Generator, including its software, design, and original materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party AI models remain subject to their providers' terms.

No Resale: Generated content may be used for your business purposes but may not be resold as a content generation service.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Social Post Generator uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for high-quality, accurate outputs:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing
• We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific results
• You are responsible for ensuring content complies with platform guidelines
• We recommend verifying factual claims in generated content

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Post Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

16. Affiliate Program

Users may participate in our Affiliate Program to earn commissions on referrals.

• Affiliates earn a recurring commission on standard subscription payments made by their referred users for the first 6 months of the user's subscription.
• Exclusions: Referrals who subscribe using special Launch Pricing or heavily discounted promotional rates do not qualify for commission payouts.
• Commissions are paid out monthly via PayPal, subject to a minimum payout.
• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of all commissions.
